Africa Youth Aspirations and Resilience Project in Rwanda

IPAR Consult has been commissioned by the Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR) based in Nairobi, Kenya to implement a research project in Rwanda on “Young Women and Men’s Aspirations and Resilience : Prospects for Livelihoods Employment and Accountability before, during and beyond COVID-19”.

Funded by the MasterCard Foundation, the two-and-a-half-year project is also implemented in other six African countries namely -Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal and Uganda. The program will contribute to the Foundation’s Young Africa Works strategic goal, of enabling 30 million young women and men in Africa, especially young women, secure dignified and fulfilling work by 2030.
